Botox

A smile reveals the feelings of inner joy and makes a person look friendly and pleasing. But with age, the skin tends to lose elasticity, giving rise to deepening of smile lines that can form around the mouth and eyes. Over a period of time, these lines can become static and even show when the face is at rest. Botox is one of the most popular FDA approved aesthetic solutions to address smile lines.

The impact of smile lines can vary from one person to another, depending on their unique facial anatomy and the size of the facial muscles. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa, led by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Fiala, is one of the top providers of Botox injections for smile lines. Patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and surrounding areas have an opportunity to receive this treatment at Fiala med spa.

Choosing the Right Treatment Center

On the surface, Botox may appear to be a simple injectable procedure. However, patients should be aware that Botox is produced from botulinum toxin, which is one of the most potent biological substances known to man.

If the Botox injections are administered poorly in the wrong facial muscles or in excess volume, it can lead to serious side effects that can be difficult to reverse. To avoid such eventualities, patients should choose a certified medical spa that is fully equipped to provide Botox aesthetic treatments.

Fiala Aesthetics is renowned for its expertise and its highly successful track record in performing Botox and various other procedures. Dr. Fiala ensures that the med spa is guided by the same highest standards and practices that govern his plastic surgery practice to achieve safe and desirable outcomes in every case. The med spa receives patients from Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and nearby locations.

How does Botox Work?

Smile lines are caused by a muscle caused orbicularis oculi. This circular muscle is present around the eye, and carries out the function of closing the eyes. When Botox is injected in a precise quantity directly into this muscle, it can cause it to relax and reduce the formation of smile lines around the eyes. The patient may require few small injections of Botox on either side of the face.

When Botox injections are administered by a trained expert, the procedure can be completed nearly painlessly and will take less than 15 minutes. Results are visible almost instantly, and the crinkling of the skin in the treated area will stop. The skin overlying the muscle becomes smooth and the fine lines gradually soften and disappear.

Benefits

Botox treatment for smile lines offers several benefits. The procedure can be completed in a single, short session, and the patient can simply return to their workplace or resume their normal activities of the day.

All the risks and complications that are usually associated with a surgery are avoided with Botox, provided the procedure is performed by an expert. Pain and discomfort is minimal, and no general anesthesia or sedation will be involved in Botox treatment.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a time-tested injectable treatment for varicose veins and spider veins. A saline solution or sclerosant is delivered directly into the diseased veins through tiny needles. The solution irritates the vein walls, stops the blood flow, and causes a gradual collapse of the targeted varicose vein. The treatment can be received at a reputed med spa providing proven vein treatments.

During the initial consultation, the treatment provider will discuss various treatment options and explain the pros and cons of each. The patient can assess the estimated cost and recovery period involved in sclerotherapy and compare it with other treatment alternatives to make the final choice. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa is a pre-eminent facility for sclerotherapy. Patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and surrounding areas have an opportunity to receive vein treatments at the med spa.

Cost Variations in Sclerotherapy

The cost of sclerotherapy will vary from one patient to another at a med spa, depending on a range of variables, including:

  • The number of veins to be treated
  • The average size of the varicose veins
  • Whether one or both legs require the treatment
  • Whether other areas of body need to be treated

The quality of services and expertise of the treatment providers at a med spa will make a difference to the overall price of the procedure. Where the med spa is located will also impact the average monetary amount because the living cost index varies from one region to another.

Average Stipulated Cost

Depending on various factors, the price tag of sclerotherapy can begin as low as $250 per leg per treatment session. However, if the problem is more extensive, the treatment can cost several hundred dollars for each leg and each treatment session. Multiple treatment sessions may be spaced a few weeks apart to achieve comprehensive results with sclerotherapy.

In some cases, sclerotherapy may have to be combined with endovenous laser therapy or ambulatory phlebectomy, which will increase the overall cost of treatment. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa, led by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Fiala, is premier provider of sclerotherapy and other vein procedures for patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and nearby locations.

Recovery

When the sclerotherapy treatment is over, the patient will usually have to wear compression stockings for several weeks to support full healing. Temporary bruising and swelling are likely to occur after the treatment, which will subside on their own gradually. The vein treatment expert will recommend moderate leg exercises to improve the blood flow. Leg elevation may also be suggested in some cases.

Serious complications or side effects are rare in case of sclerotherapy, as long as the treatment is received from a recognized med spa. The treatment has been in use for more than a hundred years, and still ranks among the best solutions for varicose veins.

Rare complications of sclerotherapy may include skin inflammation, allergic reactions, blood clotting, and alterations in skin pigmentation. Results of the treatment will start establishing gradually as the unsightly veins disintegrate and get eliminated from the body in a natural way.

Sclerotherapy

Do you have reservations wearing short dresses because of the spidery veins that are all over your legs? Well, you have company because it is said that half the women population faces this common problem. Apart from reasons of aesthetics, a lot of people opt for this treatment to provide relief from pain, burning sensation, cramps and swelling. If you happen to live in Orlando or Altamonte Springs, Fl region, you could visit Thomas Fiala, M.D. – Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa for a consultation. The staff at the med spa will tell you all about sclerotherapy, a process of curing varicose or spidery veins.

Are you a good candidate for sclerotherapy?

Before all else, you will have to explain your medical history (including past treatments, pregnancies, surgeries, allergies and illnesses) during the consultation at the medical spa. You will be considered ineligible if you are considering pregnancy or are pregnant. However, if you have suffered any clots before, the expert at the medical spa will decide whether or not you can undergo sclerotherapy on a case-to-case basis. The expert you meet at one of the med spas located in the Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Fl region will explain to you that the causes of varicose veins or spidery veins are because of your weight, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy or hereditary reasons. Spidery veins are not just a woman’s problem; many men have this problem as well.

What is the procedure?

A solution is injected into the vein directly as part of the procedure. It may cause you discomfort for a couple of minutes, and the process will take anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes. The solution usually used is sodium tetradecyl sulphate or hypertonic saline. After the injection of the solution, the tissue surrounding the vein is wrapped with bandages for compression. The process ensures that the walls of the veins get stuck together. You will be asked to get up and walk to prevent blood clot formation.

Whether you are considering sclerotherapy for reasons of aesthetics or health, you would need to avoid over the counter medications or other herbal supplements. Also, you shouldn’t apply any creams or lotions before sclerotherapy. You may need more than two or three sessions before your varicose or spidery veins are fully cured.

Side-effects

There are some side-effects you need to be careful about post sclerotherapy. You could experience itching, which may go away a couple of days after the treatment. There may be some amount of bruising or red spots at the site of the injection, but they also tend to go away. The bigger veins that have been treated may become hard and may take months before they fade. In some cases, the patient could suffer allergies as a reaction to the injected solution. The side-effects are rare and hardly harmful in most cases.

If you notice any adverse reaction, you could seek the advice of Thomas Fiala, M.D. – Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa. After the treatment, you may need to make a couple of follow-up visits so your doctor can assess your improvement.

Restylane

Dr. Thomas Fiala, the founder and director of Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa, is a double board certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience behind him. Dr. Fiala ensures that his med spa follows the same high standards and practices that are established at his plastic surgery practice. Many patients in and around Orlando and Altamonte Springs, FL seek non-surgical cosmetic enhancement solutions, and this is where Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa can provide them outstanding, sharp, and impressive solutions without surgery.

What is Restylane?

Restylane is a facial dermal filler based on hyaluronic acid, which is a natural sugar molecule present in human skin. Restylane is a gel-based filler agent, which is available in three different versions suited for different applications. These include Restylane fine, Restylane and Perlane.

Extensive scientific studies have been carried out to evaluate the safety and effective of Restylane injectable gel as a wrinkle filler, and it has been one of the most popular FDA approved cosmetic fillers for more than a decade. Fiala med spa provides Restylane treatment to patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL and nearby areas to reduce their facial signs of aging.

Factors Affecting the Cost of Restylane

Restylane aesthetics treatment cost may vary from one location to another, and even from one medical spa to another within the same location. This variation may depend on the following factors:

Geographical Location

The cost of Restylane injectable treatment in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL and nearby areas may differ from the cost of the same treatment in Beverly Hills, CA. The cost of living index can be different in various states as well as cities. This index will impact the final cost of most of the products and services provided in a particular area, including cosmetic enhancement services at a med spa.

Quality of the Treatment Facility

The quality standards of treatment available at a particular facility, including the technology, resources, operating expert, support staff, and comforts and services can make a difference to the overall cost of Restylane treatment. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa provides state of the art facilities and operates under the direct supervision of a board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Fiala.

Extent of Treatment

Restylane treatment area and the complexity of the procedure may slightly vary from one patient to another. It will make a difference to the final cost of the procedure. Patients should consider and compare the costs in relation to various factors that may influence the overall cost of the procedure.

Average Cost and Financing

The average cost of a single treatment of Restylane injections may range between $400 and $850 per syringe. Net cost will differ in each case depending on the severity of condition that needs to be corrected and the number of affected areas that require treatment. In case, Restylane treatment has been used in relation to a health necessity, a part of the cost may be covered under the patient’s health insurance policy. The patient should discuss the insurance filing in such case with the med spa facility that is providing the treatment.

In case the procedure is performed purely for aesthetic reasons, the insurance cover may not be available. Some patients may not be in a comfortable position to pay the entire cost of the procedure at once. They should discuss with the doctor about the possibility of making payments in monthly installments. Alternatively, credit card payments as well as having the treatment financed through a medical care financing company are also equally standout options available to most patients.

Choosing the Right Treatment Facility

While the cost aspects are important for a cosmetic procedure such as Restylane, but it is more important to choose the right place for treatment. This injectable treatment should be received only through a trained, certified and experienced provider of FDA approved cosmetic fillers. If the treatment is performed at a low rate by a provider, the quality and safety standards of the provider’s facility must be ascertained first.

The cost of any cosmetic enhancement procedure will be forgotten easily, but a poorly performed procedure can cause constant dissatisfaction to the patient. In some cases, revision procedures may have to be performed, which will push up the cost substantially above the initial estimated budget of the patient. Therefore, cost should be a secondary consideration, while the primary consideration should be the facility where the patient plans to undergo the treatment.

The unique advantage for patients in and around Orlando and Altamonte Springs, FL is that Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa operates under the leadership and guidance of a qualified, experienced, and board certified plastic surgeon.

Juvederm

Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa is a state of the art facility providing safe, proven and effective non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic enhancement solutions. The med spa is headed by Dr. Thomas Fiala, who is a double board certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience in the field. Patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL and surrounding communities have an opportunity to receive advanced non-surgical treatments at Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa.

Juvederm Overview

Juvederm is one of the most popular and effective FDA approved dermal fillers available today. This hyaluronic acid based cosmetic filler is designed to reduce facial lines, wrinkles and folds and add volume to the facial skin. Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm XC are two main versions of the treatment. The Ultra version is meant to treat moderate facial wrinkles as well as for augmentation of lips, while the XC version is designed to reduce the prominence of deeper facial folds.

Fiala Aesthetics Med Spa is a recognized provider of Juvederm injectable gel treatment in Central Florida. Dr. Fiala and his team will usually recommend Juvederm treatment to patients who are keen to reduce the signs of aging from their face, but are unwilling or unable to opt for a facelift or another facial surgery procedure.

Juvederm injectable treatment can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face without any need for surgery. Patients in and around Orlando and Altamonte Springs, FL can seek this treatment to enhance their facial aesthetics at Dr. Fiala’s medical spa facility.

Cost-effectiveness of Juvederm

In his plastic surgery practice, Dr. Fiala comes across various patients with a need to enhance their facial appearance and reduce the signs of aging. However, not all the patients may be equally willing or fit enough to undergo a facelift or another facial cosmetic surgery procedure. Some of them are looking a more affordable alternative to surgery. In such cases, Dr. Fiala may recommend Juvederm facial filler treatment, if the patient is a suitable candidate for it. With Juvederm, it is possible to fulfill the patient’s facial aesthetic goals without expensive surgery.

At a recognized and well-equipped medical spa, the Juvederm treatment can be provided at a fraction of the total cost of a facial surgrey procedure. Similar results can be achieved with this injectable treatment, which can last for up to a year or even more in some cases.

Juvederm treatment does not involve any general anesthesia or IV sedation costs that are typically associated with a facial plastic surgery. The fee of the plastic surgeon, the costs of the surgical facility and other related costs that would be normally incurred in a surgery are avoided with a simple injectable treatment of Juvederm.

Fiala Aesthetics Med Spa recommends Juvederm over several other animal-based cosmetic fillers. There is a cost advantage attached here as well. With animal-based fillers, the patient is usually required to undergo an allergy test. This test as well as its associated cost gets avoided with Juvederm treatment. Juvederm is made from hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the human skin. This makes Juvederm gel as highly biocompatible with the human body.

Average Cost of Juvederm

The cost of a Juvederm treatment is likely to vary slightly from one medical spa to another and even from one patient to another at the same facility. The cost of treatment can be impacted by various factors. The targeted area of treatment and the number of injections required will determine the total cost of treatment. In some cases, the patient may require a follow-up treatment for more comprehensive results, which may push up the overall cost.

Juvederm treatment cost on average in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL and surrounding areas might differ from the similar treatment provided at a practice in Austin, TX. The cost of living index in different states and cities might differ, which can affect the average cost of all kinds of goods and services, including aesthetic treatments at a med spa. The cost may also be impacted by the quality of services and comforts provided at a facility, the skills and experience of the support staff, and the expertise of the Juvederm provider.

The average cost of a single Juvederm treatment at a facility may range anywhere between $500 and $1,000 depending on the extent of treatment and other factors. If the cost is evaluated on a per syringe basis, the average cost of Juvederm XC Ultra Plus may range between $550 and $700, whereas the cost of Juvederm XC Ultra Plus may range from $600 to $750.

Some patients may choose a version of Juvederm without lidocaine, which may reduce the cost marginally. Sometimes the patients may acquire the benefit of a special promotion offer or rebate on Juvederm treatment.

Chemical Peel

Chemical peel refers to a non-invasive cosmetic dermatology treatment that can improve the texture of facial skin. Peels can treat fine lines, blemishes, and irregular pigmentation by removing the uppermost dead skin layer to reveal a new layer of skin with a revitalized texture, color, and tone.

Chemical peels are classified as light, medium, and strong peels, and come in various potencies and types. The chemical peel provider should be experienced and well-qualified to ensure that the treatment is safe and predictable.

Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa, led by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Fiala, provides cosmetic treatments to patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and surrounding communities.

Superficial Peels

People with slight skin imperfections may benefit from a mild treatment such as a superficial peel. All skin types are suitable for these peels with negligible risk of complications.

The provider performs the procedure on an outpatient basis without the need for anesthesia. The treatment involves minimal discomfort to the patient during and following the procedure.

A med spa offering superficial peels will commonly use mild glycolic acid. The skin heals fast, and there is no downtime in a majority of cases. The skin may appear pink for a while, but this can be hidden using makeup until the skin becomes normal again.

Medium Peels

Medium chemical peels are administered as an outpatient treatment as well but typically warrant a few days of downtime. Medium peels usually involve a peeling agent known as TCA acid. This acid penetrates the skin at a deeper level in comparison to a superficial peel. The patient may use makeup around a week after the treatment, upon sufficient healing.

The patient experiences only minimal pain and discomfort after a medium chemical peel. Initially, the skin becomes reddish brown in the treated sites in nearly two to three days before turning crusty. The outer layer of the skin will flake and peel over the following few days to reveal a new skin layer that is brighter and more youthful.

Deep Peels

Deep peels offer the highest strength treatment to appropriate candidates seeking significant skin improvement in a nonsurgical way. Deep peels include more potent TCA concentrations. These peels will eliminate the skin’s upper layers leading to new skin growth in around two weeks after the deep chemical peel procedure.

After receiving a deep chemical peel, a majority of patients need to account for at least two weeks of absence from work or social engagements. The skin’s redness will start to subside in around three weeks after the peel. Complete outcomes with such peels will be apparent over many months, and patients usually experience remarkable enhancements in their skin.

Customized chemical peels can help reduce facial wrinkles and fine lines. They can also lighten hyperpigmentation and acne or acne scars.

Aftercare

The patient will need to avoid exposure to the sun for many weeks or months according to the strength of the chemical peel treatment. Additionally, the patient should apply an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen when stepping outdoors after the peel.

Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa receives patients from Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and nearby areas for a variety of cosmetic procedures.

Liquid Facelift

Liquid facelift has emerged as an increasingly popular minimally invasive procedure for facial rejuvenation. While facelift cosmetic surgery continues to be the most effective way to reduce facial signs of aging, but liquid facelift from a qualified med spa comes close by providing similar aesthetic outcomes in terms of a subtle lift, volumizing and reduction of lines and wrinkles on the face.

Components of a Liquid Facelift

Millions of American women and men benefit every year from dermal filler injectables such as Restylane, Juvederm and Voluma, and neuro-modulators such as Botox and Dysport. Individually, each of these injectables has its own strengths and limitations. A liquid facelift is designed to combine the strengths of some or all of these unique injectables to produce more comprehensive anti-aging results for the face.

Juvederm, Volume and Restylane, as well as Botox and Dysport are all FDA approved cosmetic injectables for the face. A customized combination of these injectables is called a liquid facelift procedure. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa, led by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Fiala, provides this treatment to patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and surrounding communities.

Aesthetic Benefits

Liquid facelift can deliver dramatic improvements to the face as long as the injectable treatment is administered by an experienced med spa treatment provider. Key aesthetic benefits that can be expected from a liquid facelift include:

  • Subtle lift for drooping eyebrows and jowls.
  • Reduction or elimination of dark circles and puffiness beneath the eyes.
  • Smoothing of wrinkles and lines around the corners of the mouth.
  • Minimizing the appearance of nose bumps.
  • Reducing the sunken look on the face.
  • Restoring volume to cheeks and forehead.
  • Lip enhancement and definition.
  • Alert, rested and youthful overall facial appearance.

Good candidates for a liquid facelift will usually be women and men between the ages of 30 and 65, who are bothered by facial signs of aging, but wish to avoid surgery. Fiala Aesthetics Medical Spa receives patients from Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and nearby areas for this treatment.

Customized Treatment

The treatment expert will evaluate the patient’s specific facial features and their unique aesthetic goals to create a customized injection plan. A judicious combination of dermal fillers such as Juvederm Volume, Restylane and Juvederm, along with muscle immobilizing agents such as Botox or Dysport will be chosen.

The treatment provider will inject Botox or Dysport directly into the overactive muscles on the face that are causing minor wrinkles and fine lines, particularly between the brows and around the corners of the eyes. Hollows beneath the eyes will usually be treated with Restylane, while prominent facial creases, folds and wrinkles with Juvederm. Juvederm Voluma may be used to volumize cheeks and restore a fuller, rounder facial appearance.

Recovery

Liquid facelift involves very little or no downtime, which makes it an ideal treatment for working people and busy moms. Minor swelling and redness will last for one or two days following the treatment and results will establish fully within a week as the swelling disappears.

Dermal Fillers

A wide range of aesthetic anti-aging med spa procedures are available today. Among these, dermal filler injections rank as the second most popular procedure in the US after Botox. At the time of initial consultation, the treatment provider will explain the benefits and limitations of different types of filler treatments, including the recovery aspect of filler procedures.

Although most cosmetic filler injections do not involve a significant recovery process, but the patient should know about all aspects of this cosmetic treatment, including its potential risks and expected results so that they can make an informed choice.

Fiala Aesthetics medical spa, led by board certified and prolific plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Fiala, provides facial filler injections to patients in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL and surrounding locations and other locations across the horizon.

Immediate Post-Treatment Phase

The patient can notice the initial cosmetic effect of dermal filler injections almost immediately after the treatment, despite the minor bruising and swelling appearing in the injection areas. As the filler gel gets deposited in the deeper tissue layers, it acts quickly to plump the skin in a subtle way and mitigate the effect of facial creases and wrinkles.

The extent of facial swelling can differ between two patients, depending on the type of med spa filler injection received, and the number of injections and sites involved. For most patients, redness, swelling, and bruising will disappear in less than a week. The treatment provider may advise the patient to use cold compresses or ice packs in the first two days to reduce the swelling.

Precautions

After the injection procedure, the patient should avoid lying down for about four hours. Within this much time, the soft tissue filler gel to settle in the affected sites, and will not spread to unintended areas. The injection provider will also instruct the patient to refrain from rubbing or massaging the injection sites for about 24 hours.

The patient will be allowed to wear makeup a day after the injections to camouflage the swelling. However, specific cosmetics that contain alcohol will have to be avoided for a few days. If the patient has a habit of smoking, they will be asked to refrain from it for a few days before and after the injectable procedure. This will help ensure faster and better healing.

The provider may also advise the patient to avoid using blood thinners such as aspirin as well as NSAIDs for a few days. Sun exposure must be avoided before and after the injections for a few weeks. The patient should ideally use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or above.

Retreatment and Results

Follow up treatments to fill any creases or wrinkles in the face that may not have been successfully treated in the first injection treatment may be required in some cases.

But mostly the results of a single office treatment of dermal fillers will last for about six months to a year, depending on the type of filler used. Fiala Aesthetics medical spa receives patients from Orlando, Altamonte Springs, FL, and nearby areas for dermal fillers.

Botox injections and microneedling are two popular skin care med spa techniques. However, they do very different things for the skin. During your initial consultation, you should discuss with your treatment provider about the pros and cons of both procedures, and make a judicious choice.

What is Botox Used for?

Botox has been used in cosmetic treatments for decades and has a proven track record when it comes to smoothing deep wrinkles and facial lines. However, Botox can only be used for treating dynamic wrinkles. These are caused by age and environmental factors. They occur every time one smiles, frowns, laughs, or grimaces.

Over time the lines that mark the frown or smile leave a deep impression. The lines remain present even when the face is at rest. Botox is helpful in reducing the appearance of these lines. The doctor will inject a small dose of botulinum toxin A which will target the muscle under the skin and stop it from moving or contracting.

The science behind Botox is simple – no contractions mean that there is no creasing and the lines will fade over time. Botox can be useful in treating vertical lines between the brows, parentheses around the mouth, crow’s feet at the eye corners, and other dynamic wrinkles.

What Can Microneedling be Used for?

Large pores, loose crepe like skin, and old acne scars can be effectively treated with microneedling. The technique works at the root of the problem, much like Botox. However, the problems happen to be different, which is why they require different solutions. Loose or crepe like skin is the result of environmental factors and aging process.

These wrinkles are called static wrinkles. They are not the same as dynamic wrinkles. Static wrinkles occur because the elastin, collagen and fat present under the skin will diminish. This prevents the skin from getting adequate lift and volume. The skin shrivels and sags in this case like a deflated balloon.

Microneedling takes care of the problem by stimulating the body to start producing the essential proteins again. Microneedling device consists of hundreds of tiny micro needles that injure the surface of the skin. The injuries trigger the skin to immediately start producing collagen and elastin for healing the microscopic wounds. The skin basically repairs itself and associated concerns following the treatment.

Microneedling is an effective med spa procedure on its own. However, the doctor may recommend boosting the treatment by combining it with another effective treatment called platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. In this therapy, a concentrated serum is applied topically to the skin following microneedling. This serum contains healing factors of your own blood.

The microneedling process sends the platelets to the deeper layers of the skin where they trigger cell renewal. Your skin effectively gets remodeled, repaired, and restructured so that you get a tighter and smoother looking skin with less-visible scars and smaller pores.
